We have been in business since 1992 and the owner has over 16 years experience
in the home improvement industry.
Is your work insured?
Yes it is, we have $2,000,000 in liability insurance coverage for all the
jobs we perform.
What associations do you belong to?
We belong to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and the
Better Contractors Bureau and others. And you are encouraged to call and inquire
as to our status with all of these associations.
What types of warranties do you offer?
We have a one-year workmanship warranty and our material is warranted by
the manufacturer for up to a lifetime.
How far outside of Rochester do you travel?
In order to service our customers better, we can only travel to one hour
outside of Rochester.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, estimates are completely free. This makes it easier for you to get an idea of the cost of your project and to get other estimates if you need to.
What types of loan programs do you offer?
We have no-equity home improvement loans, home equity loans, and the famous
50/50 loan for home improvements and debt consolidation. With loan terms of
up to 25 years we can usually find the right program to fit any budget.
How long does it take to know if we’ve been approved
for a loan?
Once the loan paperwork has been submitted to the bank, it usually takes
24-48 hours for us to get an answer for you. We strive to get all loans processed
in a timely manner.
Do the salesmen have evening and Saturday appointments?
Yes, the salesman come to your home when you are available, whether it is
after work on the weekend.
Who takes care of the work permits?
We take care of getting any work permits needed for your project. That’s
what our full service is all about. All aspects of the contracted work are taken
care of for you.
